Secure Direct Messaging Through the Culver Primary Patient Portal

As a Culver Primary member, you have access to our secure direct messaging feature through the Elation patient portal. When you join our membership, you’ll receive an email with a personalized link and simple instructions for creating your password for the Elation patient portal, where you can access the secure direct messaging feature known as ‘Passport.’ Once your account is set up, you’ll be able to log in anytime to send and receive secure messages.

Through the portal, you can reach Dr. Bhatia directly with questions, updates, or concerns. We encourage you to use secure messaging for non-urgent needs, prescription questions, follow-ups, or anything you’d like to discuss between visits. During office hours, we encourage you to contact the office directly, as your physician may be with patients. For after-hours urgent and non-urgent needs, you can reach your doctor through the secure direct messaging feature in the Elation portal, called ‘Passport.’

You’re always welcome to call the office at 310-929-0291 or email patientsupport@culverprimary.com—however, the Passport app provides enhanced security and offers the quickest access to key features.

Our team strives to respond as quickly as possible, and you can typically expect a reply within 24-48 hours, unless otherwise communicated.

Please note: Secure messaging is not intended for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Secure messaging is one of the many ways we make your care more accessible, personal, and convenient — giving you direct connection to your physician whenever you need support.
